Alison, creator of LuvYa.com, is a personal trainer & exercise instructor by day and a freelance 
writer/songwriter in her spare time (who has been known to also play an occasional game of Texas Hold ‘Em). Alison has been married to her soul mate, Kevin, for 31 years and has two adult children - a son and daughter. Today, Alison and Kevin are enjoying the “empty nesting” phase of life which, in addition to working, includes traveling, hanging out with family & friends and exploring fresh perspectives on life, love and relationships.
